Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I hope this website and the information that I provide, helps you with your college recruitment process. I'm Coach Andy and I'm a former college soccer coach. I coached college soccer for 6 seasons at Johnson University Florida as an Assistant Coach and also as a Head Coach for both men's and women's soccer from 2014 to 2019.

In late 2017, I started in the Admissions Department as an Athletics Admissions Counselor. My job was to help all incoming student athletes navigate through the acceptance and become enrolled into the university. I also help to recruit top talent for soccer, basketball, and volleyball. I was also the Designated School Official for International students.

My time there was wonderful and I will cherish my memories there forever. It was an amazing experience being able to work with some wonderful people throughout my time there. I also met so many students that were all tremendously talented. I'm so blessed that many of them are still in my life today.

I left in December 2019 to revamp my business Coach Andy Recruiting that I originally started in 2012. My passion is simple. Educate high school athletes from all over the world with the tools they need to become a college student athlete in the United States. I've helped 100's of athletes from all walks of life. I've helped student athletes attend colleges from NCAA Division I to the NCCAA where I was a coach. If you need help, look no further. I can help you if you are willing to listen, be humble, and understand that patience is very important throughout the recruitment process. I returned to Johnson University Florida as an Interim Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment from December 2022 to September 2023.

In October 2025, I received my certification from the World TESOL Academy. This certification certifies that I can teach the English language to non-native students, both in an overseas and online classroom environment.

In my personal life, I've been married to my wonderful and amazing wife Hope for over 31 years. We were so blessed to have two daughters who are both the light of our lives. We are so proud of them and the women they have become.
